It all begins in the vineyard...
Located in rocky, Burgundian terroir, as vivacious as it is emotional, the vine offers us the fruits of its labor. Passed from one generation to the next, we have learned how to care for the vines with tact, and the magic of the wine develops first in the vineyard.
In the cellar our work revolves around the excellence of our terroirs. We are convinced that simplicity and work guided by the whims of the current vintage are the only way to preserve the authenticity that characterizes great wines.
… and ends with the wines.
Over the course of time, the vineyard that surrounds the estate has been enriched with 17 other appellations. It is with great pleasure that we welcome you for a tasting at the estate. We will open the doors of our cellar if you are interested in a tour and during the visit you can follow the different stages of the development of our wines.
In order to receive you properly, we suggest you book your tasting in advance.

“Cher Mathieu,
THANK YOU
THANK YOU
THANK YOU !!!!!
For the most magical day ever.
Our trip with you yesterday will be the highlight of the summer -
Your wines were spectacular - and your company was the greatest gift of all”
“Bonjour Matthieu and Domaine Gille team,
I am emailing because I enjoyed a bottle of your 2022 Pinot Noir with friends yesterday evening, and it was exquisite.
I had the honor and pleasure of meeting you last summer and purchasing some of the sparkling wines. Those bottles, of course, are long gone. Those too were a testament to your skill and mastery of winemaking.
Congratulations and thank you. Merci merci merci! Your work is being loved in Chicago, and I look forward to sharing it with more of my friends and family.

“Bonjour, in a restaurant in the Netherlands we drank this lovely bottle of wine. I have been looking for it everywhere but I can’t find it. My brother is going to France and would like to visit your winery, but I was wondering if you still have this wine for sell. Thank you very much. ”
